WARRANTY: Ready doors will give a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on structural and mechanical defects. Warranty applies only for original residential or commercial Purchaser. Our doors are “hand forged” and minor differences in our product are normal and not considered a defect. Warranty excludes scratches, minor glass imperfections as a result of transportation and installation. Warranty claims will be reviewed and we will personally come out to inspect to determine if there is a defect in material or craftmanship causing product to not perform as intended and designed. If determined there is a product defect we warranty on the replacement of parts and labor at no charge.

DISCLAIMER: Ready doors will naturally age due to natural elements such as sun and rain exposure. Also, high frequent use of door will result in natural wear and tear. Consent water exposure due to lack of overhang will result in rust and “rust” is not considered a defect and covered in our warranty. We recommend our product to be protected by an overhang to prevent water damage.

LEAD TIME: Our lead time is estimated but not guaranteed. We depend on our fabricator and at times a third party logistics provider that does not allow us to give an exact delivery date but we do our best to give an estimated time frame.

INSTALLATION: We do not install nor responsible for the installation process but will provide a third party installer you can contact directly. Hardware: Not included and customers must purchase and provide specifications to provide to our fabricator to make hole backsets accordingly.
